What Is a Cooling Maintenance Plan?

Enercare’s annual cooling maintenance plan is designed to prevent equipment malfunctions or breakdowns. As part of the plan, our licensed and TSSA-certified technicians visit your home to inspect your HVAC equipment. This maintenance check helps identify and solve potential problems with your air conditioner, including unit efficiency, carbon monoxide leaks, or worn-out and faulty materials.

After our technicians complete their inspection, you’ll receive our exclusive HomeCare Report. This report gives you an expert’s assessment of your HVAC equipment and offers recommendations to keep it running safely and efficiently.

If your air conditioner is not working and you need immediate assistance, please visit our Air Conditioner Repair page to schedule an appointment with our repair technicians.
