Why Choose the Enercare Advantage Rental Program?

As a customer of the Enercare Advantage program for water heaters, you'll enjoy:

  • Free installation** – the installer will drain the existing water heater as part of the installation of the new tank, regardless if it is customer-owned or rented from another company
  • Unlimited service calls by one of 700 highly-trained, licensed technicians
  • Competitive monthly rental rates
  • Reliable, 24/7 customer service
  • Free parts and labour coverage for repairs or replacements**
  • The ability to transfer your Enercare Advantage program agreement to the next owner should you sell your home

There are significant differences in how tankless water heaters work compared to conventional storage type water heaters. With the Enercare Advantage program, we make answering these questions easier. First, we’ll set up a consultation with one of Enercare’s Energy Management Consultants to determine if a tankless water heater is the right fit for your home’s needs.

Our Energy Management Consultants will perform a comprehensive evaluation of your home and its water systems, answer any questions you may have, and make sure you are aware of what to expect from the investment you are making in a tankless water heater.

Additional Information

The Process

1

Schedule a Free In-Home Assessment

Schedule a free in-home assessment by calling us or filling out the form on the air conditioner, boiler, furnace or water heater rental pages. Our representatives should reach out to you within 24 business hours of your request.

2

The Assessment

One of our Energy Management Consultants will complete a no-cost, no-obligation assessment of your home for about one hour. This is when the consultant will tell you the rental option that best fits with your comfort needs. The timeframe between your initial contact and the assessment depends upon your schedule and the availability of our consultant. On average, we are able to come out to your home within a day or two.

3

Schedule a Pre-Inspect and Install Date

You schedule a date for our Energy Management Consultants to come out and do a final inspection of your home before installation. Once the final inspection is complete, they move forward with installing your new equipment! The timeframe between the final assessment and installation is usually just a couple of days, depending on the availability of installation professionals in the area.

4

Maintenance & Protection

We know that a leaking or dirty HVAC equipment costs time and money while negatively impacting the environment. As your HVAC unit gets older, check-ups can help identify potential problems before they become a costly breakdown.
