The Rental Process

Schedule a Free In-Home Assessment

Schedule a free in-home assessment by calling us or filling out the form on the air conditioner, boiler, furnace or water heater rental pages. Our representatives should reach out to you within 24 business hours of your request.

The Assessment

One of our Energy Management Consultants will complete a no-cost, no-obligation assessment of your home for about one hour. This is when the consultant will tell you the rental option that best fits with your comfort needs. The timeframe between your initial contact and the assessment depends upon your schedule and the availability of our consultant. On average, we are able to come out to your home within a day or two.

Schedule a Pre-Inspect and Install Date

You schedule a date for our Energy Management Consultants to come out and do a final inspection of your home before installation. Once the final inspection is complete, they move forward with installing your new equipment! The timeframe between the final assessment and installation is usually just a couple of days, depending on the availability of installation professionals in the area.
